George Culbertson's Peach Cobbler
I got this recipe from my father-in-law many years ago. This was one of his specialties and I love it so much.
He mixed up the crust ingredients and then rolled it out. He made a bottom layer, added the filling, and then put a top layer of crust. I just pat out the crust. It's quicker and easier, but feel free to roll out the crust if you want to.
George loved to cook and we swapped recipes and cooking tips. I'll share more of his recipes later. Let me know how your cobbler turns out. I'd love to hear from you!
